To provide a human resources service to Target to ensure that the company achieves its strategic plans and objectives. To liaise internally with the HR Operations team to deliver HR initiatives and projects.
What you'll be doing:
Understand issues and advise managers/employees appropriately in line with Company policy and procedure.
Identify and deliver resourcing needs in partnership with management.
Act as a lead/support in HR projects ensuring initiatives are delivered within quality, resource and on time.
To work closely with the HR operational team to ensure the best service is to the business.
To produce and/or review policies and procedures
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience of advising on Employee Relations issues through to resolution across disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management.
Worked with managers to recruit the right resource for their needs, covering end to end recruitment.
Proven experience of creating, analysing management information and statistics to the business.
Experience at leading or supporting HR initiatives or project work.
Applied your understanding of employment law to different situations.
Created and/or delivered training sessions to managers.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Be CIPD qualified or working towards.
