Target employs over 400 staff across its offices in the UK,
Australia and New Zealand. We are a dynamic, flexible,
growing business with a vision to be the leading provider of
software and servicing to financial services and insurance
clients. To achieve this, we recognise the need for talented,
enthusiastic people who can inspire and deliver change, whilst
providing an excellent service to our clients.
The company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Pioneering and
Determination reflect Target's priorities and are at the
centre of Target's approach to business. We look for
candidates who have demonstrated such values in their previous
roles and who have the potential to grow with the Target team.
We offer successful candidates a competitive salary
package, 24 days annual leave and life assurance of 4 times salary.
On completion of the probationary period, you will have the
opportunity to join the group pension plan and obtain up to a 6%
match contribution into your pension plus access to BUPA private
medical cover for you, with reduced rates for your family
members.
The TargetFlex scheme provides a range of flexible
benefits to suit your own lifestyle such as tax efficient
childcare vouchers, bikes for work, buying and selling of holidays,
Den Plan and making pension contributions via salary sacrifice.
Continuous learning and development is
a key part of our culture. You will be given training to excel in
your role, as well as provided with a variety of development
initiatives to broaden the scope of your career at Target.
Across Target sites there is an active social club which
organises a range of social and sporting activities in which
employees are encouraged to participate, most recently these have
included two teams completing the 3 Peaks Challenge, a regular Pub
quiz, visits to the theatre and a family days out.
The Target Fundraisers get staff raising money for the nominated
charity which is chosen annually by staff. Last year Target
and its team raised £30,000 for NSPCC. For 2012 the chosen
charities are Cancer Research UK,
and also Velindre Cancer
Care, a local cancer hospital in Cardiff.
