  • Credit Bureau: With links to Equifax and Experian, Target provides regular updates on all financial account information.

  • Agreed Service Levels: Five levels of severity classify any IT incidents
  • Regular Service reviews: Customised, monthly service reports identify ongoing and future operational needs. We clearly report resolved and unresolved service queries.
  • Proactive capacity reviews: Target understands that your system requirements will change as the business grows. To support this, we will conduct an annual capacity plan to ensure that the performance of your system is optimised to meet the changing needs of your business.
