    Target's servicing division has achieved Investors in People status, and has achieved the prestigious Leadership and Management model accreditation.

     

    We have now joined the rank of 1963 Welsh companies to have attained the Investors in People status. We are one of only 96 companies in Wales to have secured the Leadership & Management model accreditation.

    Learning & Development

    As part of any new project implementation involving the transfer of staff, the Learning and Development team will conduct a review of the current skills and competence of transferring staff and identify which learning and development programmes would most benefit the individual and therefore the service provided.

     

    Target recognises the impact that the transfer of a service can have on those employees involved in that service, and seeks to provide as much support and information as possible through that transition process.  By joining Target, transferring employees will be joining a dynamic, growing outsourcing operation with a commitment to developing its staff with numerous opportunities to develop and progress their careers.

    TUPE

    Where required we offer full support in managing a TUPE process.

     

    To ensure a smooth transition of employees into the business and to maintain effective service delivery we engage with the transferring employees through consultation prior to transfer. The TUPE process is very involved and HR carry out due diligence in order to capture as much accurate data about the employee group as possible.

     

    • Provision of TUPE advice on outsource projects
    • Working closely with the transferor and/or client to determine an agreed approach to the transfer, defining clear roles and responsibilities in the consultation process
    • Conduct joint information and consultation activities with employee representatives as part of TUPE process
    • Employee Communication and orientation sessions where appropriate through the change process to aid smooth transition
    • Post transition actively seek to integrate newly transferred employees into Target, providing learning and development opportunities to develop their full performance potential
