Learning & Development
As part of any new project implementation involving the transfer
of staff, the Learning and Development team will conduct a review
of the current skills and competence of transferring staff and
identify which learning and development programmes would most
benefit the individual and therefore the service provided.
Target recognises the impact that the transfer of a service can
have on those employees involved in that service, and seeks to
provide as much support and information as possible through that
