• Service desk: Providing secure, client level access to Target's  service desk system via the Internet, with an additional tracking facility that provides your customers with up-to-date information on the status of an enquiry.
• Service Level Agreements: Outlining five clear levels of severity for classifying any IT incidents, ensuring that your business is not compromised due to the unavailability of your IT operations.
• Regular Service reviews: Customised, monthly service reports, identifying ongoing and future operational needs, as well as providing complete transparency of resolved and unresolved service queries.
• Proactive capacity reviews: Target understands that your system requirements will change as the business grows and to support this, we will conduct your annual capacity planning to ensure that the performance of your system is optimised to meet the changing business environment.
• BACS Bureau: Target is an accredited BACS Bureau and can perform daily submissions of electronic data, including Direct Debits/ Credits, AUDDIS, ADDACS and ARUDD, providing you with the option to fully outsource your bureau operations.
• Credit Bureau: With links to Equifax and Experian, Target is able to provide regular updates on all financial account information.
