The Challenge:
To support their growth plans and vision, the company
needed a software solution that would manage the application
lifecycle - from initial enquiry, through to underwriting and
payout.
It was important for the business that the system could grow
with the company and provide the flexibility to adapt to its
changing business processes. As the company director commented: "We
