About our client: Our client is a large building society with a proud heritage and is a significant player in the UK savings and mortgage market. In 2009, the Society sought ways to more efficiently service its existing portfolios. They took the business decision to outsource three loan portfolios consisting of residential mortgages, commercial mortgages and equity release products to Target.
The challenge: The Society quickly needed a Rated and highly skilled outsource operation with experienced people, efficient processes and leading edge software in order to ensure a seamless transition period for their three portfolios. Minimal disruption to the society's customers and reducing risk and arrears exposure was of paramount importance. After a rigorous selection process Target was the outsource partner selected to administer all three portfolios.
