Paddy has driven businesses with turnover up to £450 million and 3000 people. He has also demonstrated a strong ability to continually improve profitability as a proportion of turnover. Paddy has successfully managed service provision for key elements of the National Infrastructure, including the London Metal Exchange's trading platform and the entirety of the Lloyd's of London insurance market’s support services. Paddy has also driven significant relationship led deals at C-level; most of these deals have involved high volumes, transformations and complexity, all of which have completed successfully.

Bill has over 25 years’ experience working within the Financial Services, Investment Banking and Insurance sectors.

He has extensive C-level experience and has a strong strategic, operational and consulting background at major corporates delivering significant financial and service performance. He has a successful track record in leading technology driven organisations at Xchanging, Dun and Bradstreet, ING Barings and KPMG. Bill’s focus is firmly on continuous improvement of our technology solutions and operational excellence, whilst supporting and developing engagement with our clients.

Ian brings over 20 years of financial services experience to Target having worked at Lloyds Banking Group since 2005 running various businesses across retail and commercial banking.

His last role was MD of Lloyds Commercial Finance. Before joining Lloyds Ian was CFO at Virgin Money, prior to which he spent 4 years at McKinsey & Co and 6 years at Accenture. Ian co-leads the business with primary focus on business development and franchise growth. Ian has a 1st class honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin and an INSEAD MBA. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

Steve is responsible for the commercial and financial management of Target with a focus on the commercial activities supporting the franchise growth.

Steve brings over 20 years' of board and divisional board experience to Target having worked in a number of senior finance, commercial and operational roles at Xchanging, Capita and GE.

He has led teams of up to 2000 people in complex outsourced managed service businesses, shaping and delivering large scale change programmes.

Terry is responsible for building upon an established compliance foundation and reinforcing and maintaining the risk and compliance framework that adds value to our business and clients.

Prior to joining Target, Terry worked in professional services with Grant Thornton as a Director in its regulatory practice. Terry's practical experience includes most financial services sectors, including retail and investment banking, insurance and intermediaries.

Terry's previous experience also includes working for the regulator. He joined the Personal Investment Authority, which merged into the Financial Services Authority in 2000. During this time, Terry conducted a number of regulatory reviews on large financial services organisations and was recognised as one of three specialists within The FSA in Training and Competence.

Steve has worked in Financial Services for over 40 years including senior leadership roles at HML, Skipton Building Society and Crown Westfalen Bank.

Since 2010 he has worked as an independent with Hawkesbury Mortgage Services Ltd, specialising in mortgage portfolio trading, servicing and compliance, whilst also operating as a Non-Executive Director of a number of mortgage related businesses. Steve is a Chartered Director and fellow of the Institute of Directors as well as a member of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Institute of Credit Management.

Colin joined our board in April 2015 following a long career in financial services, most recently with the investment bank at Barclays Bank

At Barclays, Colin was a Managing Director, where he had responsibility for sales of structured investments into all UK market segments. Widely acknowledged for his expertise in this area, Colin helps give guidance as we further expand our servicing remit within investments products. Colin is also a qualified actuary and has held a number of senior roles within the industry.
