What better way to start World Alzheimer’s Month than to announce our new charity partnership with Alzheimer’s Society!

This fantastic charity is on a mission. For a world without dementia. And we want to be part of it.

For the next two years, our colleagues will be running, walking, baking, dressing up and dressing down to raise much needed funds to help rid the world of this terrible disease. We are also really pleased to be helping spread the word about the amazing support that’s available for people who are experiencing a dementia diagnosis and their families.

Matt Davies, HR Director for Target Group and sponsor of this new charity partnership said, “Here at Target we’re always looking for ways we can support our communities and raise funds for great charities. This new partnership will not only help Alzheimer’s Society in their mission, but also help us deliver great customer experience by making use of Dementia Friends training. I’m looking forward to getting involved myself having previously run the Cardiff Half Marathon for Alzheimer’s Society! Maybe I’ll sign up for the event again in March….”
