Target Group boosts client services and business development teams with two new hires

Target Group has appointed financial services expert Neil Glover as Business Development Director. Target also adds to its Client Services team with David Facenfield joining as Client Development Director.

Neil, who brings a wealth of experience from across financial services and the legal sector, has held positions at some of the largest global enterprises, as well as at EY, Freshfields, Proskauer and Withers, often working alongside a large number of the retail and investment banks and funding houses. This experience has given him a great understanding of the financial services sector and the challenges it faces, and an ability to guide clients through such challenges, helping them to capitalise on digital transformation and make improvements to customer experience.

Meanwhile, the business has also hired David Facenfield as Account Director. With 21 years’ experience in business process outsourcing, across a wide range of client facing roles including account management, operations and transition, David has both a deep and broad understanding of delivering success for clients. With a passion for proactive and continuous improvement, gained from working at companies like Firstsource, Teleperformance, TalkTalk and Virgin Media, David always strives to add value to client partnerships.

Target Group CEO Ian Larkin welcomed the two new members to the Target team, “It’s fantastic to have Neil and David join us at Target,” Larkin said. “Their combined expertise in financial services and outsourcing, as well as their impressive ability to build strong relationships with clients, is sure to be a great asset for Target.”
