Target Group, the business process outsourcing (BPO) and operational transformation provider, has today announced several new senior appointments to its Board of Directors and within its leadership team.

Andrew Doman and Vivek Agarwal have joined as Non-Executive Directors. Andrew is currently Chairman at Castle Trust and a Non-Executive Director at One Savings Bank.  Andrew will help advise on Target’s business strategy and brings with him a wealth of C-level experience in financial services.  Andrew spent 22 years at McKinsey & Co. before becoming CEO at Russell Investments then at Premium Credit. Vivek is the Global Head for Enterprise Verticals Solutions and Portfolio Companies at Tech Mahindra where he creates a robust and differentiated portfolio of offerings for clients across various verticals.

In addition to the Board appointments Richard Glanville, Steve Wright and Martyn Cladingbowl have joined Target Group respectively as Transformation Director, Business Change Director and Head of Collections & Recoveries.

As a senior member of the operation leadership team, Richard will be responsible for driving strategic transformation.  He has over 17 years’ BPO experience working in financial, telecommunications, automotive, FMCG, utilities and the public sector.

Steve brings more than 20 years’ experience leading strategic business change in financial services and will be focused on building a world class change function, leading implementation to enable Target’s growth and to deliver value for clients.

Martyn brings over 20 years’ experience and joins from SSE, where he was Head of Credit & Collections. He will be responsible for further developing the Group’s collections and recoveries capability and driving end to end improvements for our clients and their customers.

These arrivals follow the recent senior appointments of Iestyn Evans as Chief Financial Officer and Richard Gregory as Chief Data Officer at Target Group.
