Target wouldn’t be Target without its fantastic experts.
What do you like best about working at Target?
What I like best about working at Target is the variety of projects I get to work on. My background in bids and funding is mainly in the public and sports sector, so working in financial services is a new area for me. Since joining Target, I have been a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and I enjoy working with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure we adopt good practice in creating an inclusive and diverse environment.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

What are the values that drive you?
Trust and authenticity are key values to me, as well as being honest and open.
What does inspirational leadership look like for you?
Inspirational leaders create the right culture which emanates throughout the organisation. They hold all to account and are not afraid to question those who don’t demonstrate the right behaviours. A good leader creates a culture of trust and openness and sets a good example in terms of their own behaviours and values.
Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work?
I’ve had the pleasure to work with some very inspirational leaders in the sport organisations I have worked with, who have influenced my approach to work. The key one being teamwork and the whole team working and supporting each other to deliver on a common goal.
What are some of your favourite hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy running outside, but not in the gym. I also do yoga to try and keep some level of flexibility. I enjoy spending time outside and being with my family.
