Health and wellbeing

Here at Target we want our people to be resilient, lead fulfilling lives, be emotionally and physically healthy, and most of all happy to be working at Target.

Supported and happy employees make for happy customers, that's why we've developed a wellbeing strategy which focuses on mental, physical and financial wellbeing.

As well as monitoring health and wellbeing through regular surveys, we also provide training for our people so that they're better able to deal with whatever life throws at them. We want our people to feel that they are making a difference.
