We're delighted to announce that Katherine Bowen has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
Katherine joined us almost five years ago, and has risen through the ranks during her time at Target Group. She joined as a Finance Business Partner and has since progressed to the top financial role, which will see her lead the Finance, Pricing, and Internal Audit teams.
Transforming the experience for our colleagues, customers, and clients. The new role sits on the Executive Committee and is designed to streamline decision making within the business to stay on track for our ambitious growth target.
Katherine’s progress from a Finance Business Partner to heading up the finance team should serve as inspiration for many – it certainly does for me. This new role will help move our business along while also ensuring the required financial oversight, and I can think of no one better to lead this than Katherine. I’d like to offer a huge congratulations and look forward to seeing her help Target Group achieve great success in the coming year.
