We signed up to the Women in Finance Charter in 2018.
In 2020, we had 33% female representation. As of 2022 we have 30% female representation in senior management. Whilst our female representation in senior management has reduced, we believe we are on track to meet our Charter target of 50% by December 2025.
Over the last year we’ve maintained momentum in our women in target network and as part of our D&I strategy we’re committed to reducing gender inequality and closing our gender pay gap by 2025.
Key actions have been identified as part of our Gender Pay workstream which will be a focus for us over the upcoming months, to include Talent Pooling for future roles, Leadership development, launching a new formal mentoring program and launching new learning modules, such as unconscious bias.
