Our Compliance Advisory Executives are responsible for assisting the business in delivering appropriate customer outcomes in accordance with regulatory framework across all areas of the business including the servicing of mortgage, loan and investment products.

Financial Crime Manager

Our Financial Crime Manager is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the business in relation to its policies, procedures and training in addition to identifying, assessing and mitigating potential financial crime risk to the business and its clients.

Group Financial Reporting Manager

Business Analyst – Financial Services

The Business Analyst works on new software and servicing implementations and is responsible for gathering the detailed business requirements, including detailed process flows and solution documents, ensuring the overall solution meets business needs.

IDC Executive

The role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of information to all Business areas and ensures that Clients SLA’s are being continually met, and ensuring Target Loan Servicing remains a key player within the industry. Arrears and Recoveries Team Leader

The role will involve leading a team of collection agents in a multi-client/multi-portfolio environment, minimising delinquencies through the effective management of arrears management workflow processes. The will also involve maximising agent capabilities through coaching, target setting and measurement of performance outputs against the competency framework.
